NIKON D70 - 1/640 sec, f4.5 at 70mm

We missed them last year while we were away in the US, so this year they are looking all the more sweeter. Absence making the heart enjoy the Kiwi Christmas tree all the more.

Yes I'm doing the crappy cliche flower shot. At least I haven't published a picture of the cat or a dog recently!

Nothing to report today. I have half a dozen blogs written, but right now don't have the conviction (or the Famous Grouse) to enable me to publish them.

  • Photo makes amazing background......really feels like Kiwi Christmas despite the school still being full of rug rats that are over tired, over excited and very shortly I will pull the arms off one of them and wallop them with the soggy ends!!

  • Michelle, if that ever got public, imagine the fall out. Look what happened to Benson-pope! All he did was stuff a tennis ball where it wasn't designed to go. Beating a kid with a soggy stump is way worse.
