Who the hell are you? What's your name?

OK. So I've found the amount of traffic to my website that suddenly makes me think long and hard about what I write and the photos I publish. It's roughly 4 times the number of people that used to visit this website.

Only last weekend, I knew the name of just about everyone that visited here. There was a good bunch of regulars that knew what they were going to get when they got here, but they came nonetheless.

Now there is a huge bunch of new people dropping by (welcome to you by the way) that are probably coming with a whole different expectation. Yikes! This confirms that I'd suck as a male stripper. I'd never be able to perform in front of a crowd. Oh yeah, there is another reason why that'd never work as an occupation for me, but we won't mention that little thing ok?

Let me recover from my small dose of stage fright. I'm sure we'll return to normal programming at the weekend, when everything returns to normal.

The Photo

I took about 30 photo's in the city tonight. I don't like any of them. This is the simplest one (that I obviously still failed to make sharp). It's the marker light at the entrance of Westhaven Marina.

Ahh, see you on the weekend. Maybe.

  • I found your photoblog from the photobloggies... I went through each one of the nominees and poked around in the Archive section, if I liked what I saw, I grabbed the RSS feed. I must have picked up about 15 new feeds and have deleted only like 2 or 3 since last week. SO, that is one reason why your traffic has increased.

  • Yup,... found you through Photobloggies, as well! Not only is your writing quite humourous and your photography captivating, but the picture of the Moet & Chandon cork had me - right there - forever. I'm happy to be a new daily visitor!

I've got family in NZ, mostly centered around Auckland, and have spent quite some time there. The daily visit reminds me of all the good times spent there. Thank You. As i live halfway round the world, feel free to say whatever the heck you want.
