We are pushing data into Oracle Eloqua, but because of reasons, we have to delay updates to the same record with a gap of 30 minutes between. Enterprise systems are the best systems.

And even better, instead of an API, our system has to POST into a web form, that's just sitting there on the web, no auth, no creds required. Just POST. But not faster than every 30 minutes mind.
