I just spent about 23 hours without the internet at all while staying the night at Maruia Springs. I really didn't like it. Maruia Springs was bloody lovely. No internet was not

Blenheim to Hamner Springs over Lewis Pass is a good time. I suspect we passed less than a handful of cars. I love the South Island emptiness
