I've been girding my loins for weeks to change the version of Nvidia driver on my Ubuntu Desktop.

I can't decide if I need more gird or more loins at this point to actually restart my PC that's been up for 108 days but currently has video problems, like tiny text on a pysimplegui app I coded or a monitor not properly going into power save.
