I'd really like a browser extension that allowed me to click on something and for the click to not count in the algorithm.

You know, I want to watch this video, but I don't want to see 3 weeks worth of other videos the same. Or look at that website, but not tell to tell the world that that's what I'm interested in so that that's all I see for the next 5 weeks.
