I woke up at about 3am and the only thought I had was "what is pH". I know what pH is but didn't really know.

So after a couple of hours reading later I know some more about it. Just as well I have another week off work so can have a nap later today.

I'm really bloody sick of this wind.

And it's only the 6th day of the year and I've already been to the supermarket. Hope that doesn't happen again very soon.
