This is where we went, what we listened to, tweeted, coded, blogged and spent on this day
Dealing with the Google Console is the most rage inducing thing. They have denied service to us for some small thing (our total billing is about $8 a month) telling us we need to add a billing account, but we can't add a billing account as we have reached our limit of billing accounts, so have to fill in a form explaining why we need a billing account quota increase. Give me strength to get through this afternoon
@spudooli@mastodon.nzWhen there is an AI that can be a proper DJ, mix a selection of tracks from my favourite tracks and artists that exactly matches my mood based on how far through the martini I am, then I will believe that AI has a viable future.
Until that day it, AI, will be my low level assistant helping me with basic regex because many, many, years ago I put no effort into learning much more regex than next to nothing and now I feel smug that I have an assistant for that that does not judge me and I can even be slightly abusive of.
What's it called when you shouldn't end a sentence with a word like 'of' but you do it anyway?
Will go ask my assistant.
@spudooli@mastodon.nz Since late 1996 we have spent a total of $636.94 at KFC. An average of $28.90 per order for 22 orders over 29 years or 1.3 purchases per year.
I have no comment on what that says about us or our choices compared to you or your choices.. It just a fact.
Big tech can suck a fat one because they for certain don't know that detail about us. Although Westpac does but I bet they couldn't get over themselves to do anything with that data. Big corps, huh?
@spudooli@mastodon.nz I freaking love my Friday night boogie for #JukeboxFridayNight
I don't share everything I listen to, but I'm here doing my best chair dance to the best 80s, synth pop, new wave, new romantics, NZ roots, glam rock that my generation can groove to
