Looks like my SSD has pooped the bed at home. I guess I have that to look forward to after work.
Perhaps will get @gabba to go purchase a new SSD. I wonder if the LLM world has made them stupid expensive now too?

New SSD installed, Ubuntu 24.04 installed, backups restored, maybe 200 lines of apt get and pip install run so far and 1 website back running, my rss feed reader

I have found numerous, so many I'm slightly embarrased, definciences with my backups. Anyways, I will take this opportunity to further improve. I guess I need one of these SSD failues once every 4 years or so to keep me sharp

I've come up with one of those impossible cold start problems.

I cannot start the script that processes messages from MQTT because it needs data from redis. But the data that goes into redis comes from the MQTT processor.

Bugger it, that'll be a job for tomorrow night. Load some starting data into redis by hand like a caveman
