Got home to find our ONT has lost power, no lights on at all. And of course it's got a weird power supply plug so I can't test if it's just a power supply problem. Now I'm listening to Spark's in hold music that sounds like someone is strangling a cat in a barrel of water while singing a song out of tune. You'd think hold music would be easy for a tech company. Thankfully this is the first time I've needed ISP support in well over a decade.

Just gone 2 hours on hold. Been told twice that they are experiencing more than usual call volumes. I've rolled my eyes twice

Spark answered. A technician will be at home tomorrow to replace ONT and they gave me 20gb on my phone. Cool. Happy. Good stuff Spark.
